Simply handed in my voucher at the desk at the airport, and was issued with my tickets. Went outside and within about 5 minutes was in my shuttle on the way to the hotel. Excellent service, would highly recommend!

For the price the service from Orlando airport to our Disney hotel was on time, fast, courteous, polite and downright fantastic for new people like us in a strange environment. Made our stay worry free. Again, thanks.

The drivers were very nice; the vehicles used were comfortable, air-conditioned and had plenty of room for an airport/hotel transfer. We will definitely use them again next year.

I was tired, it was 11 p.m., and I was hungry. I walked to the desk, handed them my receipt, and they had me on my way to my hotel in about seven minutes. I will be using Viator again when I travel to Europe later this year. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
