What You Can Expect
At Marineland, a dolphin center and marine park, you have two options to interact with those lovable creatures of the sea – bottlenose dolphins. Looking for an experience that doesn’t require a swimsuit? Opt for the Dolphin Experience, a brief meet-and-feed where you’ll pet, feed and interact with these friendly creatures. If you do want to get wet, choose the Swim with Dolphins option, a 30-minute swim that includes a 30-minute educational presentation before you get in the water.
After you depart Marineland, you head to downtown St Augustine, where the rest of your afternoon can be enjoyed at your leisure. Visit the famous Castillo de San Marcos (the oldest fort in the United States) or wander the dozens of cobblestone streets. As the oldest European-settled town in the continental United States, St Augustine dates back to 1565 and offers a wealth of cultural and historic sites around every corner.
This tour was amazing!
The whole trip was well organised and informative.
Lovely experience with the dolphins, fabulous visit to the old town
Be prepared to explore an old seaside city in the afternoon, with the morning spent with the dolphins.
The Dolphin Experience was a wonderful experience, that I enjoyed as much if not more than the children !! A great atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. I definitely recommend the Dolphin Experience. The visit to St Augustine was also very pleasant and enjoyable. A priceless day !! :)
Outstanding once in a lifetime experience that me and family won't forget for a longtime. What a beautiful town wish we could have spent longer there.
The dolphin meet and feed was about 5 minutes where we get to touch the dolphin, pose with him for pics and do a couple tricks. They gave us a free behind the scenes tour. Then we ventured off to St. Augustine for the remainder of the day and we did the trolley that takes you to points of interest.
A nice contrast from Orlando , we enjoyed it very much.
The driver Ismail was super friendly and very knowledgeable..great experience downside was the dolphin experience was disappointed not really worth the amount paid for the amount of time actually feeding the dolphins was over in less than 5 min. Time in st augustine should hAve been longer
Very poorly organised and the PA sustem in the van was so bad that we could not understand a word. There was no flow to it. It was more like a pick up and delivery service rather then a tour.
