Excellent. Took the entire tour and then went back to the places that interested us. Great value for people who are on a cruise because of its convenient access near the docks.

The bus stopped just outside the ship secured area and was very new and comfortable. The stops were well marked and buses came frequently. It was an easy way to get around Bergen and see all the sites. Our first stop was the funicular as it gets crowded early.

This excursion was very good. We boarded without having to wait as soon as we left the ship. The bus was waiting very close to the ship on the pier. We enjoyed the commentary and were able to hear it clearly.

The Hop-On Hop-Off Tour was a great way to get an over view of Bergen. The head phones with English commentary was informative and interesting. The weather the day we were there was chilly and off/on rainy so the cover on the upper level of the bus was much appreciated!

Tour would have been good except it rained--hard, all day and made it virtually impossible to really enjoy. No fault of the operatior.

Tour was comprehensive and informative and the double decker provided clear views of the sights. Audio was occasionally intermittent and crackly but enjoyable experience overall.

Pleasant tour but marred by the fact that we waited for an hour at stop 8, the Naturhist Museum - it seems the bus driver missed the stop out!

Reasonable tour although finding the bus stop at the cruise terminal would have been difficult. We used the ships shuttle service into town, then found the bus there. .

First part of the trip very good. We waited near the fish market for the bus at 14.05 and no bus came until 14.50. Not so good!

Your coaches were better than in Stavanger, but the trip through town with it's history was boring. Would rather have enjoyed the little train tour in town and done some shopping..
