We took this tour because we had been to Paris before and this time really wanted to get out of the city to explore some other regions. We were looking to see Mont St. Michel and stumbled upon this option.
Overall, I think this was a really great value and a great way to see other areas of France if you're interested. We actually visited Honfleur in addition to what's on the itinerary and found it to be a really charming little harbor town -- one of the highlights.
Something to note, when it says you "See the D Day Landing Beaches of Omaha" that's pretty literal as Omaha beach is actually considered a picture stop. I think everyone on our tour was hoping for a little more than 7 minutes there (actually the amount of time given), so just a little heads up.
Mont St Michel is pretty impressive but I'm glad we didn't see it as a single day trip. It's quite the drive and the two days definitely broke it up a little.

Well organised 2 day tour. Our guide was absolutely wonderful, a wealth of information about the history of each place on the itinerary. Adequate time allowed at each stop and the overnight stay at the Novatel was of a good standard. 100% satisfied

The entire experience with the many stops to cities not on the agenda was OUTSTANDING! Since I had not been in France before it was the trip of a lifetime and you/your company provided me with the greatest experience ever! THANK YOU so very much for being there to provide it. Joe

Our tour guide and bus driver were excellent! Our guide was very patient with the group, as one or two people on the tour did not follow the guide's instructions and suggestions. I would recommend this tour to everyone! (wear comfortable shoes for the walking on Mont St. Michel).
It is interesting, informative, the scenery is unequalled, and is a wonderful bargain for the price. The hotel where we overnighted was clean, and the food was excellent. Recommend bringing a disposable rain poncho, as the weather can change almost instantly!

This was long 2 day tour but quite enjoyable. Would liked to have spent more time at American Cemetary and probably less in Rouen. We went to Omaha Beach which I found out was not on the schedule. That is a must to see. The overnight accomdations were quite satisfactory as was dinner and breakfast (included). Going to Mount St. Michele in the morning was a good move and crowds by noon were forming. St. Malo was OK. Very tired by then and found a bistro to sit at for 2 hours. Would have liked to return to Paris before 9 PM. The tour guides, bus, and driver were all good. Impressive but long tour.

Outstanding itinerary, expert and informative guide, plenty of free time in Rouen, Honfleur, and St. Malo, a memorable trip for sure, highly recommended!

First day of trip was fantastic. However, we had to pay for drink with the dinner(inlcluded) meal. That seemed a bit cheap. On the second day we visited Mont St Michael and then were left at St. Malo for 3 hours. Then we were taken back to Mont St Michael and put on a different bus with a group returning to Paris. Wasted time that we could have used to see Reims on way back to Paris.

Helpful guides, delivered us efficiently to the major sites on the trip. The overnight accomodations in the Novotel in Caen were satisfactory, as was the dinner there.

This tour gives a good overview of what the region has to offer but don't expect to have much time in any one location. We felt very rushed at the D-Day sites and there was no time to go to museums or the visitors center at the cemetary. Mont St. Michel felt rushed too but there was plenty of time shop and eat at the more touristy locations.

Thoroughly enjoyed this trip - very packed itinerary but our guide - Layla - was wonderful and full of interesting information - saw more than we would ever have managed under our own steam in two days - just excellent - and much better standard hotel than I was expecting as well!

Highlight of our trip to France; a perfect break from Paris. I was worried some poor reviews of Paris tours, and the overnight to Normandy/Brittany is expensive. Day one was great, especially the small towns before Normandy. Hotel was fine, dinner was ok. St Malo and MSM were ok, hoards of tourists (it was a French holiday). The ride back was hot upstairs, driver seemed helpless or clueless even after mentioning it. Average age onboard about 60 and fit. A professional job.
