Another masterpiece of construction. Guide very nice but a little weak in language skills and organization.
Very good, the guide was very informative, views were amazing, well worth the minimal extra cost above ticket entry price (and no waiting in que either)
Good tour - Despite a very wet day and start to our tour, our guide managed the group well and by the time we ascended the monument, the sun appeared. Would recommend this tour.
Great lessson from guide on French history and the meanings of the carvings and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier before the climb to the top. Great views all around. highlight spotting the hot air balloon behid the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend the guide whose knowledge of the Tower was great
Wonderful guide, amazing views! Lots of climbing stairs involved, so be sure to ask for the elevator if you don't think you can make it.
We were not sure if this was going to be worth it but it proved to be great.
The views from the top are fantastic and give you a great perspective of the city layout.
The history behind its construction and time taken were a revelation in relation to some other monuments.
The climb up the stairs is well worth it.
Excellent tour guide with great knowledge. Would recommend this trip.
Our guide gave us all kinds of information we may not have had if we accessed the summit on our own. I would definitely recommend this tour just for that.
I enjoyed my visit to the Arch de Triomphe however the guide was late and spoke quite poor english for a tour that was billed to have an english speaking guide. The cultural side of things was great and veiw from the top is worth every penny!
All 220 stairs to the top were well worth the steps...AMAZING views!! Our guide was a wealth of knowledge and was willing to answer any questions the group asked of him. If you want to bypass the lines and get the true experience, this is the tour to book!
The tour guide got there late and there were 7 of us looking lost and we joined and waited. The guide was charming, though, and she showed us a good time and we learned a lot about the Arc de Triomphe.
Very good lots of great information and history on the Arc de Triomphe, beat the line worked well. Great photos. There is a lift available if you are not able to climb the 284 steps.
I would highly recommend this tour. There is always something brilliant about skipping the lines!!!! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed it!!!! Just book it, you want be disappointed!!!
Tour guide only turned up at 5pm precisely therefore tour did not start on time. Also he needed to be more easily identified like the Eiffel Tower tour. (Look for people in Red tour Tshirt) Guide was very quietly spoken so was difficult to hear with so many people around.
The guide was late, seemed uninterested. Poor communicator. I still don't know why we had to go into the arc to see the facades on the video screen when it was lovely and not very busy outside. He only showed us two outside. He couldn't answer questions, was not very interested. All in all, very dissapointed.
The Arc de Triomphe is a fabulous construction and far larger than we expected, well worth a visit to the top and look up Champs......
However, the tour guide was late and left many people wondering if they had the correct location....the rest of the tour did not fair much better as he spoke in one direction and did not communicate with the group on a couple of individuals, his storyline was lost on the majority of the group and we soon became disappointed with the guide but not the Arc.
