The guide, Anna is so nice and knowledgeable. A fantastic journey to the beautiful countryside, away from the queues and crowds of the city. Chablis is exqusite and quiet. Etienne is a very friendly wine connoisseur. The lunch in the cellar has an unique ambience. The food is excellent.
This was a great day in Burgundy. The weather was iffy, but It didn't deter from the enjoyment of it all. The countryside is lush and so green. Our tour of the winery was interesting and very well done. Our guide was charming and knowledgeable. The wine we sampled was very good! Our table at lunch (included) was beautifully set and all ready for us. It was delicious! and, of course, that wonderful bread! Service was friendly and efficient. We had plenty of time to enjoy our meal and the company of others on the tour. Then, on to Vezelay! Quite a long walk up to the Bascilia of Mary Magdelaine, but well worth it. This sacred place will remain in my heart and mind. The driver of the bus and our tour guide made this a very special day and experience. Do this one!
Best thing we did in Paris. Chablis and Vezelay were amazing and it was great to escape from the crowds in Paris for a day. Our tour guide was superb and the bus ride was very smooth. Forget the Louvre, go to wine country!
Our Bourgandy wine tour was amazing!! We got to taste wine overlooking the vineyards! We also got to pick and taste the Chardonnay grapes! Our tour guides were smart, witty and had all had a great sene of humor! This tour is a must if you are in France and it is priced well! 2 thumbs up! Bev, in MN
Perfect ! The bus and tour guide were excellent, the countryside was breathtaking, the wine tour and guide were so informative, the lunch at Chablis was so beautifully presented, and tasteful, the tour of Vezelay was lovely. So glad we picked the perfect tour!!
the tour was great and a good way to relax for a day after all of the walking around we had done up to that time.
it was a great tour and a nice easy day after all of the walking we had done up to that point.
We had a wonderfully knowledgeable tour guide who was superb at explaining the complexity and work involved in the building and on going construction of the Sagrada Familia. She was passionate about the cathedral and Antonio Gaudi. a truly educational and memorable experience. LG Oakville, ON
Burgundy is stunningly beautiful! A dream come true trip for me
This is a wonderful day trip away from the hustle and bustle of Paris. It was relaxing and comfortable. The Chablis region is a quaint trip back in time. The boeuf bourguignon lunch was fantastic and we met some really nice people along the way. Great trip.
This is a 12 Hour trip so it was very annoying that the bus was running late and instead of leaving at 7.45am we did not get away till aprrox 8.15 but there where only 7 people on this day so it was good. The guide was very informative about the wine region we where going to. As it was a long drive to Chablis we did have a quick stop on the way for a coffee/toilet. Arriving in Chablis we went straight to the Cellar for a tour and some tasting, after this we did a tour of the town by foot before returning to The Cellar Door to have lunch in the restaurant this is included in the price but drinks are not. After lunch we travelled to Vezalay to The Basilica of St Mary Magdalene what a beautiful and interesting place and had free time to roam around the village then back on the bus for the long trip back to Paris. I would recommend this trip even if you are not interested in wine the rest of the trip was amazing
