The Chateau was boring. We needed to spend more time at champagne houses. Lunch was great!

Had a great time. Our guide was the best! He gave great info without making it boring.

We really enjoyed our day in Champange. There was only had one other couple with us, so it was very personalized. Overall, it was a great experience!

Overall it was disapointing. The pick -up was on time, which was great. The first champagne visit was nice, but the second visit was very redundant. Only one tasting didn't seem like enough. The trip to Reims was nice and had a great lunch, but was way too quick. Our guide was nice, but didn't try to engage anyone in conversation or talk very much.

Just seeing the beautiful countryside was well work it. The two places we visited were very similar, Mumm & Moet, so it would have been nice to see a smaller place where it would be more hands on. It would have been nice if lunch had been included.

I absolutely hated the entire trip. I expected the guide to be a guide, instead he was only a driver. From the very first stop, he dropped us at the Rheims Cathedral, told us to be back at the van in approximately one hour, and disappeared. Then we went to the house of Mumm. There is actually more information on their website, then what we were exposed to on the tour. After the tour they allowed us to taste only one low end champagne. For all the money we paid, the tour company could have arranged - and I expected - something much more elaborate. The rest of the tour was no better, and although the driver accompanied us on the second tour, he said he was going because he had not done it before. So, we paid $300.00 approximately for a mediocre lunch, and a drive. I have been on many wine tours for free, some actually bring you into the vineyards to see what actually goes on there, which enhances the trip - this did not happen. Lastly, I was expecting a private tour, that is why I opted for the more expensive tour package. I also thought there would be discussion about wine the entire trip, sadly this did not happen. I assume the more expensive trip only allowed us a smaller van. I'm sorry but I feel cheated.
