This was well worth the money, not only did we taste the champagne but we where given a talk on the history and making of champagne which was very interesting. My only criticism would be that the pre recorded commentary was playing in the back ground so it was a bit difficult to hear the person doing the champagne bit.

It was great. Both me and my mother had a great time, and the tour guide was brilliant as he was able to speak French and English! He was very nice.

I booked this cruise as a way to add some elegant sparkle to my friend's hen do. And we weren't disappointed. We never had an empty glass, the sun was shining, the views were great...and having a handsome sommelier was the icing on the cake!

We were the only couple on this tour and had the area set aside at the front of the boat totally to ourselves. The sommelier was a very interesting host, and the champagne was excellent!

We had a great evening in spite of the overriding the PA system on the boat, which drowned out some of information about the champagne.

When we boarded, we were just pointed in the direction of the seating area. Fifteen mins into the cruise, I wondered when the champagne tasting would start, and then I saw behind a curtain at the front of the boat that 2 other couples were enjoying champagne. My partner got up and asked the guy pouring it, and he ushered us over to join them. Once there we had a wonderful time, the champagne was great, and the host was a credit to the company as his knowledge and enthusiasm were fantastic. Just a shame that no one really checked our tickets out and it wasn't clear where to sit - that was the only downside. Area where you board the boat is lovely and clean.

If you plan on taking a cruise through Paris, this is the one I would recommend. We had already seen a lot of the sites just by walking around the city, so it was nice to be inside the glass walled cabin enjoying champagne along with the sites. The host was very knowledgeable as well. The only bad thing was that we went on Valentine's Day, so the champagne tasting was overbooked. I think on a regular day we would have had more space. Also if there were a few drops of champagne left the host would offer to anyone who wanted extra, again if it was a regular day I think we could have had fuller glasses and extra sips.

We had a great cruise. It was nice to have the front of the boat separate from the rest of the cruise. The guy that hosted it was very friendly and informative of the Champagne and had a good sense of humour, very relaxed. Shame it went so quick. Would definitely recommend this cruise as it was a great way to see Paris at night.
