Wonderfull tour, a fantastic day trip! Pascal our driver/tour guide was punctual, friendly, informative and gave great commentary as we drove through the countryside. The stop at Reims Cathedral was amazing, and the lunch stop was thoroughly enjoyable. Moet and Chandon was particularly interesting, what a complicated process, and tasting champagnes at their 'birthplace' was excellent, we paid for extra tastings!!
We think Pascal our wonderful tour guide made the long day an absolute pleasure!!
We had a great tour and really enjoyed ourselves. The tour guide was very friendly and informative.
Had a very good guide/driver . His knowledge vast. We also enjoyed a quick visit to Rheims Cathedral excellent . Staff at Moët and Chandon were magnificent couldn't, have asked for more. Moët and Chandon were more personal and cared about there visitors a little more. I would recommend a visit anytime.
tour was really good, I would recommend it to others. however at the Moet vineyard there was a reserve tasting option. It would have been nice to get that option
We greatly enjoyed this tour. We were lucky to have 5 very friendly travellers who shared the experience with us. Our guide was informative and friendly. Our visit to Moet and Chandon was great - enthusiastic and knowledgable guide, who really added to the experience. House of Mumm was interesting also. We had just enough time in Reims - all in all a really great day, which we thoroughly enjoyed.
Moet was great but because of poor time management and getting lost we did not arrive at Mumm in time to select additional tastings to experience the various types of Champagnes.
A little disappointing, for how much you pay. Tour guide was great, Scenery was too die for, however i personally think the Moet visit should be the last, not the first house you visit. You only visit two houses ,i thought it was 3, and you only sample one champagne in each house. Its not really worth it. I suggest you do your own visit to Reims, they give you a guide at the houses, so you don't really need your own guide driving to Reims and back.
