The Moulin Rouge was great: good food, champagne, service, and the show was very entertaining. The seats were cramped, but we had a good view. The minivan driver was not very friendly when he picked us up, and even less so when we came out of the show. We spent a small fortune that night for the show and the ride, so we thought we could stop at the gift shop on our way out with no problem from the driver, but after our twenty minute wait in line, he was very upset with us. I think for the taxi fee he was charging, we could have had a little time to use the bathroom and purchase a souvenir.

The show was light-hearted and a lot of fun. Luckily, the food was better than we expected. The minivan ride was convenient, but the driver could have made our night better. He put a damper on our fun, the drive back to the hotel was like being in trouble with the headmaster.

Dinner was a disaster, no food until we complained to management and by then it was so late we missed out on the first course altogether. The terrible service ruined the evening for us so we didn't really enjoy the show. Value for money was certainly not there.

The person organised to pick us up was 1.5 hours late. We were packed in like sardines to watch the show. The food was less than average. The show was mildly entertaining but I highly recommend trying another show rather than the Moulin Rouge - not worth it.
