It was wonderful. I did the tour where I took the bus to the Eiffle tower for dinner and then did the boat cruise. It was perfect because I was able to stay after the dinner on my own and get a ticket and walk up to the top have a glass of Champagne and ride down in the elevator then took the last boat tour of the evening. This way you get to meet a few new people but then can strike out on your own. I arrived right as the lights to the tower came on and it was one of the most magical sights I have ever seen. I traveled a lone and this was just perfect. The dinner was just okay as you would expect because the restaurant on has to dish out hundreds of dishes per hour and I was not expecting anything incredible. The wine was good and as most of the people on the tour only had a small glass I and enough to get me warm for the walk to the top! Very fun I recommend it!
Food was great and the people were good as well. Overall, it was good value for the price. Great event!
I treated myself to this tour and it was wonderful!! I just wanted to go up in the Eiffel Tower and see the view!! The view was great, the tour, the dinner, and the people we had dinner with that nite were amazing!! The river cruise was great even in the rain!, it was a great last nite to a terrific 4 days in Paris!! I have given your name to friends going in June. Thank you!! Denise, Sterling Hgts, Mi
Too cold for the cruise but the Eiffel Tower was awesome and the dinner was very good.
Our first night in Paris and we had dinner in the Eiffel Tower! Very well organised and the food was lovely. We couldn't book directly through the tower website as they were booked out, so thank goodness for Viator!
This was another great Paris experience and one that I would highly recommend. It's another of those bucket-list events one must experience. We met at the Viator offices near the Louvre and then boarded buses for the short ride to the Eiffel Tower. From there we took the lift to the 58 Eiffel Tower Restaurant, on the first level of the tower. The restaurant is 58 meters above ground, hence the name. We were seated at table with four other guests, two from Spain and two from the UK, and quickly became friends. Red wine was provided for each of us, and the English couple also requested a bottle of white, which provided at no additional cost. The meal was in three courses. I'm still not sure exactly what the appetizer was, but it was quite good. The main course was chicken, which was done perfectly. The dessert was also delicious. After the meal we had a little time to wander about the first level before meeting at the boat landing on the Seine by the tower. Our cruise began at nine p.m. and took us upriver past Ile St. Louis, where we came about and headed back downriver. We went a short distance past the Eiffel Tower, reversed course again and returned to the pier. In all, the cruise lasted an hour. Classical music accompanied the voyage and a guide provided a bit of commentary. Audio guides are available but not on the top deck, where the best viewing is located. It was a beautiful Halloween night with an almost-full moon and we thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. Paris is a gorgeous city at any time, but it particularly breathtaking at night. All in all, it was a wonderful evening and another highlight of our Paris holiday.
What a fabulous experience! The tour was well organised. We were taken to the Eiffel Tower by coach. The food and service at the ET restaurant was first class. My only criticism was that the dinner was a bit rushed and it would have been nicer to spend a bit more time enjoying the view :) The Seine cruise was lovely and the commentary was very informative. Highly recommended!
This was my favourite activity during my two weeks in France. The food was wonderful, the experience was amazing and best of all we meet a wonderful couple and spent the evening becoming friends. It was magical.
An organised tour is the only way to beat the queues. We had a superb Eiffel Tower dinner and because we were tired we didn't have to take the Seine River cruise after dinner but could opt to take it another time which we did a couple of days later.
The views from Eiffel Tower and Seine River Cruise were spectacular. The food served for dinner was bad banquet food. However, I would take this tour again.
This is how we started our weekend in Paris ....it was easy to get to the tower and perfect time at dusk to see the city. The cruise was great...loved the commentary mixed with music.....it was beautiful. The food was good and service very good. Would recommend this one to anyone!
