Too much waiting around in queues and on buses. To me it seemed like the company is just after a buck with large volumes of people and combining tours.

We were hurriedly told that dinner would be after the river cruise rather than before and that this was a better deal. It wasn't. We were given less preferential seating even though better seats were available. We did skip the line for the tower and that was a plus. The meal for France was sub-par. The details regarding the dinner were pedantic, below elementary, and would only prove useful for first graders or travelers who had never eaten a French meal. We took a cab back rather than wait an additional two hours for the bus to take us back at 11:30.

The tour guide said to meet back at 11pm to catch coach, we we there at 1050pm and never saw the bus. In other words we were left in Paris not knowing where to go.

The tour was very unorganized. Also, you changed the itinerary on us without telling us before hand so we were VERY hungry till 9:00 p.m. Also, we had to wait in the cold windy weather for forty minutes while our tour guide got tickets. Then we had to wait in line to get into the tower's restaurant. Then when we got there, they weren't ready to seat us so we waited till 9:30 p.m. to eat. We planned and paid good money for this event and it was very unacceptable service.

Long lines waiting at the ticket counter, the bus, the Eiffel Tower, and the boat. I was told to meet downstairs outside the Eiffel Tower for my cruise at 930pm and there was nobody there to meet me. So, I got onto the cruise boat by myself. I had no ride back to the office, so I had to catch a cab by myself.

Our guide hurried us to the Eiffel Tower only to wait 30 minutes to get in. Our dinner was fine. Our companions requested vegetarian and had to send back meat dinners only to get a plate of veggies in return. After dinner, we were hurried to the docks. We were told that if we wanted to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower we would have to take a later cruise and NO bus would take us back. The guide literally ran to the docks, yelling for us to keep up. We got on the boat and then after the cruise, waited 45 minutes for the bus to come. Meanwhile those who missed the first cruise took a later cruise 10 minutes later. We hurried for nothing. This excursion was not worth the money, the guide was rude, and the sites were done too quickly.
