Our driver was on time. She carried our bag, was helpful and courteous and pointed out some attractions as we travelled to our hotel. It was a great trip as we saw Paris at night, which we did not do again for the remainder of our stay there.

Our party of four was met by the driver directly on exit from the platform. It was lovely to be driven to the hotel within minutes of arrival instead of taking the metro. Nice drivers and a pleasant service. Well recommended.

Money well spent. Stress free. Step off Eurostar and be met on the platform by a polite, knowledgeable driver, escorted to a clean, comfortable van waiting close by, and delivered safely and quickly to your hotel. Will use this service for all future travel.

A great pick up. We were met immediately after the train arrived. The driver explained in English the best parts of Paris to see in the days we were there, provided us with maps and pointed out important buildings on the way to the hotel. Highly recommended.

We were met at the end of the train platform by a gentleman with a sign with our name on it. We were taken straight to our hotel and were there in no time. We would highly recommend this service.

We just booked transfers from Gare Du Nord to our hotel in the centre of Paris. The driver met us at the station, smiling and welcoming! It all ran so smoothly we were glad we booked this. Seriously, perfect, don't hesitate to use this company! I had to change our pick up time 3 times but it was never a problem and they were waiting for us when we arrived. Brilliant!

Upon our arrival, the hotel concierge called to schedule a 400pm pick up for departure later in the week. We found ourselves on Le Cars Rouge in traffic and knew we would be late. When we arrived at the hotel desk I spoke to the concierge and he went outside to check to see if the driver was still there, he was! I thanked the driver for waiting the extra 10 minutes and tipped him well, he escorted us into the Gare du Nord and pointed us in the right direction. Both the pick-up and departure private transfers were well worth the money and peace of mind.
