Driver was waiting for us as we departed the train. He walked us to the car and we were off to our hotel. Absolutely painless!

Upon our arrival, the hotel concierge called to schedule a 400pm pick up for departure later in the week. We found ourselves on Le Cars Rouge in traffic and knew we would be late. When we arrived at the hotel desk I spoke to the concierge and he went outside to check to see if the driver was still there, he was! I thanked the driver for waiting the extra 10 minutes and tipped him well, he escorted us into the Gare du Nord and pointed us in the right direction. Both the pick-up and departure private transfers were well worth the money and peace of mind.

To say we had an English speaking driver was a bit optimistic but he got the job done with only a couple of wrong turns. It was OK, glad I booked the transfer as it saved valuable time. Will recommend for future clients of mine.

Driver wanted to leave ASAP but we had luggage to retrieve from storage. He was impatient, complained incessantly and wanted to leave without my spouse. He then got himself lost finding our hotel.
