We booked a return trip from the train and found the service excellent. On our return journey, which was a Sunday, we had a lovely diver who give us a guided tour on the way back passing the sights we missed. Excellent and well worth the money.

We were very impressed with this transfer -- it was on time, the driver handled all luggage and it was an excellent vehicle.

Trip was great, however the drop off at the station was not.

Our driver was waiting with a sign showing our name when we arrived. He was courteous and helpful and carried one of our bags. The cab was clean and the experience wonderful!

A small delay in locating the driver amongst the throng at Paris airport. The trip was efficient and got us to Gare du Nord well ahead of time. A very relaxing transfer.

Traffic in Paris on Saturday is very light, therefore arrived 2-1/2hrs too early for return journey. Hanging round station.

Our hotel was about 15 minutes max from the train station. The guy that picked us up was nice, but our scheduled pick-up was an hour earlier than it needed to be given our distance from the station. They said that we needed to be picked up earlier, which was unnecessary considering how far away a hotel is from the departure point. We probably could have walked but had too much luggage and didn't know how Paris traffic would be on a Monday morning.

The pickup driver was very helpful and friendly; however, the driver on our return was obviously in a hurry. He didn't go out of his way to help us with our luggage, and when we arrived at the station, we were put out on the road and had to cross through busy traffic.

Our driver was late, so we did not know where to wait for him. We searched and ended up calling to find out if we had a ride to the airport.

The transfer itself was EXCELLENT. Our driver was waiting for us at our hotel, helped carry our luggage and took us directly to the train station. There were two of us, and a taxi cab would have been half the cost. I recommend this if you have several people, then it would be a great value.

Make sure you know where you are to meet your driver. We waited outside the hotel for 30 minutes, called recorder and left message that we were going to take a taxi, so we weren't late for EuroStar. According to dispatch, the driver was inside at front desk, but we didn't see him when we went in to look. The only car outside was labeled "taxi", so we didn't think it was for us. Of course the driver of the "taxi" never approached us either. BIG miscommunication all around!
