This place is beautiful. You visit Monet's home and gardens and lily ponds. I took several pictures and the gift shop is a great place to purchase gifts and souvenirs. Everyone walked out with at least one bag of purchases.
A convenient and worthwhile way of experiencing Monet's Giverny
The bus left from the city on time followed by a tour of the gardens and the opportunity to wander around and visit Monet's house and see the water lilies.
Plenty of photo opportunities and a different view of Paris on the return trip.
Great afternoon trip. It's so different from the city of Paris and worth the visit. If you love impressionists or even just Claude Monet, go see his house and gardens. The water lilies pond is incredible and you can see the inspiration. The house is small but has a lot in it. The village is darling. The guides were informative and friendly. Thumbs up.
Giverney is a joy to behold at any time of year and your tour made it very convenient.
It was a perfect day at Monet's Garden. Right from the moment we checked at the tourist office the service could not have been better. The bus was very clean and comfortable, the guide was extremely helpful and the garden was at it's best.
Tour was amazing. Well organized and friendly staff. Wish we could have stayed a little longer.
Excellent. Tour guide was clear and knew about Monet and the area we travelled to. Even the rain could not spoil it.
It is a magical place that must be seen to be believed. Beautiful gardens, a comfortable house, the world famous lily pond, all deserve your visit.
The only negative thing about the afternoon was the crowds, which were beyond anyone's control. Hey, it's summer. The journey was smooth and the guide, Joelle was fantastic. It was great that she shared so much information with us about Giverney and Monet on the the way there. It was also great to be told snippets of information about the regions and towns we were passing.
