We loved the guided tour on the bus from our hotel to Versailles and even more the personal guided tour with the personal audio equipment at Versailles. Our tour guide spoke clearly and explained the history of the chateaux extremely well. We also had plenty of time to visit the grounds on our own time. The gift store at Versailles is very small. We could not spent any time shopping due to the crammed space. Aside from that I would strongly recommend this tour to others. Great value!

Amazing, tour guide was very helpful and clear in her explanation. Versailles needs to be understood so being alone there without a guide is not useful.

We feel that a tour for the whole day would of been better but that was a choice we made. The tour guide was very good.

Versailles was breathtaking. Our tour guide only added to the experience by introducing us to the rich history of the location without being bombarded by dates. But rather added the human element. The fountains and gardens where unimaginable in splendor. We left only wishing for more time to spend discovering the grounds.

We loved our tour and thought the guide was great - sense of humour, knew his stuff. The tour also made full use of the drive with a talk about the various areas of Paris as we went along.

This was a great experience. Our tour guide was very friendly and very informed. There was more than enough time to tour the palace and the gardens. I would recommend this trip to anyone!

The tour was conducted well. The palace is amazing and very well refurbished. The tour leader was knowledgeable and patient in answering questions. It was fantastic! One area for improvement is the queuing system before getting into the palace. There were so many people and so many different types of tours that it was chaotic trying to find the right tour leader and the right tour group to join. But once inside, it was fantastic!
