I would not go again with this company. Our English speaking guide was hard to understand and we were hurried through the palace and then had to wait for the bus.

This was boring, and there were way too many people. Each room looked the same as the last, and it was so crowded that we spent more time pushing than paying attention.

Uhmmmmm... hard to say about the tour, they gave us audio equipment so you can listen the guided tour, but in the middle of the tour the equipment broke.

This group tour in Paris was very unorganized, especially compared to the ones I took in London, which were very well set up. There was a lot of down time we spent waiting. By the time we got to Versailles, it was so crowded we could hardly get through the rooms, and it was very difficult trying to stay close to the guide to hear her detailed information. Also it was very disappointing not to see the fountains going in the gardens. If I had it to do over again, I would go by myself early in the morning and buy the audio guide tour and go through.

I was really disappointed with this tour. We left late, arrived late, didn't get head sets, got abused by our guide for not telling her we didn't have head sets, had a limited amount of time because we were running so late, waited for the bus to pick us up for an extra 15 minutes in the rain. The fountain show can really hardly be called a fountain show - DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR THIS. Considering the previous reviews, I was very unhappy.

The tour was very rushed and the bus did not depart on time from Paris, thus cutting down on our time in Versailles. Moreover, the tour was incredibly chaotic and we didn't spend more than 35 minutes in the palace. I was very disappointed. It would have been easier to go there with the RER and take our time.
