I didn't really like London, but the train ride and the hop-on, hop-off buses there were awesome. The staff was nice and accommodating.

Enjoyed the trip-luckily missed the strike at midnight of the trains. We did the hop on and off bus and it was rushed but a great way to see a lot in a short time. I would recommend it if you just want a 'taste' of London.

I enjoyed the trip very much but was a little disappointed with the logistics. A representative was supposed to meet us in London in the arriving area. We waited for 30 minutes until we finally decided to go outside and find the bus on our own. That's where we found the person waiting, not where we were told, and they never bothered to come looking for us. I also had some issues getting back to the Eurostar. They made it out to be easier and cheaper than it was. But the rest was great. It's the only way to see as much as you can in one day.

The Eurostar was definitely something that was worth doing; however, it was very confusing when we arrived in London. Tour guide was not holding a sign like he was supposed to be. Instead, we found him, he didn't find us.

The tour was fantastic, and one day was the perfect amount of time to spend in London. We would recommend this and do a Viator tour again for sure.

The tour itself was what I expected, but the guide was extremely POOR. We arrived early at the tour agency, only to be left in line to miss the train. At Gard Du Nord train station, we received our tickets and were told to get in line. Then, minutes before the train was scheduled to leave, we were separated from the rest of the travelers and shuttled in a different line and told to go through security. When we exited security, the tour guide and tour were gone. We arrived at the gate only to be told that we had to catch the next train. In London, there was no representative to show us where to catch the bus. What was more distressing was that we met a family on the same tour who said that when they arrived in London on the train that we missed, the tour guide was again missing and they had to catch a cab. The tour guide did not seem to know the number of guests in the tour or care if they arrived safely to their destination. REPLACE THE GUIDE OR RISK LOSING CUSTOMERS.

Great being picked up from hotel and delivered to the train station. My one suggestion is to provide transportation from train station back to hotel when returning from trip. We rode the metro and had no problems, but most people I have spoke to said they would not use the package because of this.
