This was definitely worth doing. It could have been better organized on the London end but it was still a great trip. Not a long time in London as the Eurostar was delayed over an hour due to a train derailment but again an uncontrollable thing. Great trip and would recommend to anyone.

Once we got to London, we had a great time. The Thames river tour was really great. There happened to be a parade on the day that we went, so the on/off bus was very slow and had to take detours, that delayed us quite a bit. I wish that we could have been warned about that before I booked. For the most part it was a good tour.

The return trip to Paris was delayed due to thunderstorms. When we returned to the Paris Station all the Metro and RER trains had stopped service.

Well worth doing, but you do need to be prepared to navigate through London on your own and you should know what you want to see most ahead of time.

Once we checked in the process was confusing, we were told to wait on the sidewalk and get on a bus but we didn't know which one, all the trips left the same time.

I was never notified that my selected tour was canceled. Because I tried to get additional information from the place you sent me as a pick up point they informed me about this and fix the problem changing the tour for another day. Very unprofessional way to conduct a business.

Traffic was so bad that the 'hop on hop off' buses were never moving. So we didn't feel like we got around the city very well.

Wonderful train trip. Nobody to meet you in London, you are on your own. Pricey for a no show from the greeter in London.

We waited in London for half an hour before someone met us. We loved the Eurostar, and that experience was fantastic. The hop on bus tour map was confusing, but we were lucky enough to see the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace.

Booking with Viator was easy but once we got to Paris, confirming our reservations became difficult. There was no English translation to phone message when I called the local number provided to contact travel partner in Paris. They also assigned us seats in different cars on train. Not enough time to walk the streets of London.

It was a bit rushed which was to be expected I guess. It was a good way to get a quick impression of London and the train trip and travel arrangements were very good.

London was wonderful, but this was completely 'do it yourself'. I got lost so many times in London trying to find which is which, and ended up taking a taxi back to Waterloo.

I feel we could have been done better and it would have been cheaper to have done it on our own. I thought it was going to be more of a guided tour. I felt we did much of it on our own. We were dropped off at the train station and had to figure things out for ourselves. When we met our guide in London it felt like he took a long time getting things together. The first part of the bus tour was mute, I was disappointed. We did the rest of the tour on our own. We went to the train station on our own.

You are totally on your own for this trip. We were driven last minute to the train station and then totally on your own for the rest of the day. No one met us at the station in London and the directions to the bus were unintelligible, even to people in the London station.
