Our guide was wonderful; she was very informative and patient with us.

It was excellent; my only critique was that we were there too long. Would have been nice if they had only allotted an hour for lunch instead of an hour and a half, and allowed an hour after the tour instead of an hour and a half. Skip the lunch as you can have that time to explore, but then you don't really need a full hour and a half after the tour. Getting back at 9pm was a bit late.

Excellent tour! The double-decker coach bus was very comfortable. The tour was extremely well planned and our tour guide was awesome! I highly recommend this trip!

This is a long bus ride, but well worth it. Mont Saint Michel is truly an amazing place and a definite must see on your itinerary. We skipped the included lunch and got in some extra sightseeing. Our guide was enthusiastic and very informative. Excellent!

The tour was great! Just be prepared for a long bus ride, five hours each way. I wish there was more time to spend at Mont Saint Michel; after the tour and lunch we only had about forty five minutes. I would totally recommend this tour to anyone.

The trip was great and definitely worth doing; however, the meal that was included left something to be desired and was not very nice.

A wonderful place. Nice, knowledgeable tour guide lead us into the fantastic medieval world. Keep yourself warm if you go during winter. It's really cold because Mont-Saint-Michel is a stone-built place and you can get no heat there.

Dealing with the travel office can be unpleasant, but once you are on the tour, the guides are very professional, knowledgeable and even entertaining. This tour started very early in the am at the tour operator's office. Although we were going to be in a bus for several hours, the tour operator refused to let anyone use their toilet. Clients were told rather brusquely to go around the corner to the cafe, buy something, and use their toilet. On the way, there is 1 pit stop for 20 minutes. The line for the toilet took almost all of our time, so we didn't have time to buy breakfast. The traffic to Mont St. Michel was very bad, so the group arrived 1 hour late. We immediately ate lunch. The tour of the abbey and the other areas was fantastic. Our guide dressed up like a medieval "man of the cloth" and wowed us with his performance, knowledge and enthusiasm. I only wish we could've had more time to explore and shop. The round trip commute took a total of 7.5 hours, and it felt like we had only 4 hours including the lunch and guided tour at Mont St. Michel.

Beautiful place, rained the day I was there, still worth the trip.

I liked the trip, but the tour part was to long. We only had 30 minutes to look around and shop at the end.

Although we had a rainy day, we enjoyed visiting Mont Saint Michel. Our guide gave us a great explanation in English and Spanish. Thanks! M&G

I fully recommend this trip. The only thing I would improve is to have more free time at the shops.
