took my 15 year old daughter and 3 of her friends to this whilst we were in paris for a belated 15th birthday treat.
thoroughly enjoyed the show, it was the one thing I had wanted to do ! in a busy 4 day visit.
well worth the ticket price :)
the girls enjoyed the show too
we didn't book dinner as the menus were too limited for fussy / difficult teenagers, didn't have the champagne either as i'm teetotal, thus we received 2 soft drinks of our choice each.
if you're seeing the early show and you want to visit the souvenier shop - do it before not after, as the queue for the next show are already there and it is not so easy to get through those leaving / those arriving.
We went to The Moulin Rouge as a family, me, hubby and our 16 yr old son, and 13 yr old boy/girl twins. I was a bit worried as to the suitability for my teens, but it was absolutely fine. The whole experience is just so glamorous! We were all knocked out by the amazingly high standard of the performances. As well as the beautiful girls and guys, with their amazing dancing (and beautiful physiques) there were acrobats who completely defied gravity and had us screaming for more! I last went to The Moulin Rouge 30yrs ago when they used to have a pool of water rise from the floor, with a dolphin in it. The pool has been revised with slightly scarier occupants, and is amazing!!
We bought the tickets that included the half bottle of champagne, as there wasn't an option for no alcohol. On arrival we asked if the kids could have coca cola, expecting them to just get a small glass, but the waiter brought us our Champagne, in a lovely ice bucket, and 2 huge bottle of coke each for the kids.
We did this trip as a last night treat and it sure was a fantastic finale to our holiday and I'm sure it will never be forgotten.
The Moulin Rouge Paris was simply superb, easily the highlight of our long weekend in Paris and worth every penny spent on it. The Viator ticket got us in with only the minimum (5 min) queuing at the front desk. The food (we chose the Toulouse-Lautrec menu) was excellent and the serving staff very courteous and efficient. The show itself was simply divine, think cirque du soleil but also with dancing girls and guys. We had a great view of the stage and the whole Moulin Rouge was very atmospheric. Highly recommended.
Wow. What a fantastic night !
Non stop two hours of dazzling costumes and gorgeous girls.
Brilliant lighting and staging.
We enjoyed every minute, oh and the champagne was good too.
the best attraction in Paris.

I am a fan of shows and have been to many las vegas shows and dinner theatres and such in my home town, but this show blew it out of the water. It was a bit of a burlesque show mixed with some cirque de soleil acts. Couldn't recommend a better show!!! ---deserves more exclamation marks.
You can ask for wine instead of champagne for free
I organised a girly evening to see the Moulin Rouge show via Viator. Booking was really easy and the show was AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend it to anyone. The ambience, the variety and everything about the Moulin Rouge was fab! Definitely would go again. :). Suki
Fantastic! That was one of the best shows I've ever seen. We were there early so we got a pretty good seat. The only thing is that it was so late but the show kept us entertained and awake. I bought a poster and didn't receive the one I had chosen. I was disappointed because the poster I wanted had the name Feerie on it which is the show we saw. But other than that, we loved it. We were even able to change from getting champagne and getting a bottle of wine instead at no extra charge. That was really nice.
Well, we loved it. I've read so many conflicting reports about this. We went to be entertained and we certainly were. Yes, it was crowded. Yes, we were packed in like sardines. Yes there was no more service once the show started and yes, we had been warned that shorts were not acceptable and if you wanted to go to the bathroom, for goodness sake go before the show starts! We arrived early and were told to come back "in an hour". We came back in half an hour thank heavens and queued for only a short time. Our seats were not in the front nor at the back and all in all we were quite happy. Perhaps we are not as jaded as some, but we both thought the costumes were great, the support acts were good (who would have thought I'd ever say this about a ventriloquist??), all in all a great night despite being herded like sheep or cattle.
Great night out. The seats were near the front and very good viewing of the show.
