This tour was absolutely sensational!
Being a history student I found it very informative and it was super convenient being picked up from my apartment. Be prepared for an emotional day though, particularly the War Cemetery.
I recommend paying the extra for the small tour, much more personal.

Powerful trip! Perfect example of not being able to appreciate something enough until you actually see it yourself. I have already recommended this tour to everyone I know!!

Espetacular!!!

Great tour, well organized and friendly escort. Her voice wasn't loud enough at times, so she might want to consider using a microphone in the bus.

Great trip with rich historical insight. The only drawback is that I wanted to stay at each stop longer. That being said, I'll probably go back on my own so I have as much time as I need. The visit to the US cemetary overlooking Omaha beach was the highlight of the trip.

The tour of the Normandy Day Tour was excellent. Although it was a long day it was worth it and now gives me an excellent idea of what the troops had to do when they landed at the various beaches everytime I see a film or documentary on D Day.
The guide was very knowledgeable about what happened when the troops landed on D Day.

It was a great day, weather was good as was the bus ride. Normandy was a place that is on the must see list. Overwhelming in seeing what our soldiers went through and the cemetery was so moving. Guide was great!
