Absolutely amazing! It was a long day, but manageable with our awesome tour guides, Daniel and Felix. Very informative tour and the cider tasting was a fun treat! Highly recommend.
This was a great one day tour to Normandy! Daniel was a fantastic guide. More time would have been better, we wished we had had time for the two day tour.
What a day - and wonderful experience. Dan the Irish Guy was our guide, and he was very knowledgeable. It is a long trip, but well worth it. My son and I spent 6 days in Paris and this trip was, by far, our favorite.
This was a great tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a wonderful overview while traveling on the bus. The length of tour was just right for us, as we had no family connection to D-day. If we had, we would have wanted additional time. The cider farm and lunch were delightful. It was an excellent experience.

The tour agency they used was excellent- Daniel was from Ireland and was extremely knowledgable and made the trip a lot of fun!!!! Thank you!!!!
We had a spectacular day on this tour! The guides were so knowledgeable and engaging. The lunch was amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this tour.
The tour was excellent. Felix was very knowledgeable about the history. I would definitely recommend it to our friends.
This was also an excellent tour!!!
The guides were very knowledgeable and made the trip interesting the taking us to the actual Omaha Beach which wasn't scheduled was an extra bonus and made the whole trip!!!!
This was a very long day trip, but well worth the effort and time investment. Our guides were Daniel and Felix, and both were very knowledgeable. They provided interesting and detailed information regarding all of the stops on the tour, and kept us moving throughout the day. During the visit to the American cemetery, we were able to see the tombstone and grave of Brigadier General Teddy Roosevelt, Jr. We were there near the end of the day and the American Flag was lowered and Taps played....Quite a moving experience. We went to Utah Beach and toured the museum there, and at the end of the day we were able to visit Omaha beach.
I recommend this trip for anyone who is interested in the D-Day beaches and the history of the Allied landing. The side trip to the cider tasting was interesting, and lunch in a quaint fishing village was excellent. Overall a great trip.
Long day but is well worth the trip! - Lunch was awesome and cider tasting was a lot of fun!
Loved this day trip to Normandy!! Our tour guides Patrice and Linda were great, particularly Patrice. It is a long day, but the organization and flow of the trip make it fly by. The lunch was amazing, the cider delicious, and the tour guides were very warm, knowledgeable and informative. Well worth the 12 hour day and the money spent!!
This was an awesome tour...our tour guide was unsurpassed in her knowledge and had a great sense of humor during what was a long day.
Felix and Patrice were great! They kept the historical accounts going the entire time and ensured we knew what we were looking at and that we got everywhere we needed to on time. Of course, it would always be great to have more time at each place, but it is a day trip with a long drive by someone else! from Paris, so it is to be expected. Overall, great trip!
Amazing day! Our guides on August 5th were remarkable and a storehouse of knowledge. We were delighted with their expertise, the sites were amazing and the lunch was a lovely break. We would highly recommend this experience.
This tour was great! It is a long day, but definitely worth it. The day was extremely well-planned and tightly packed, so we were able to see all of the sights without feeling completely rushed. If you are the kind of person who likes to read every single placard in a museum, then you might feel a bit rushed at some of the sights Utah Beach and Omaha Beach especially, where there are museums, but my fiance and I thought the timing was perfect. The lunch is delicious, as is the cider tasting. Those were fun additions to an otherwise somber day. Overall, we had a wonderful and fascinating day.
It was a great tour. The guide was very knowlegable and very entertaining. I would highly recommend it.
Great trip! Felix was a wonderful guide, and had many interesting stories to tell. Lunch was very good, and the bus comfortable. Would highly recommend this tour and Felix.
Great tour. The cider tasting was a highlight for sure and the lunch was very good. well organized and on time - no complaints.
Wonderful day... we had two tour guides, one was an expert on the history and the other on French culture - a perfect combination of knowledge and information. I highly recommend this tour!
Felix and Violet were great. Long trip on a bus though, thankfully both of them made the extra effort on the way back to talk to each individual about anything. Only issue was breakfast in the morning, nothing was open before we got on the bus, and you don't get to stop until 930.

As Americans, this day trip was very special for us. We've seen many portrayals of these battlegrounds in movies, but to experience them in real life was quite surreal. Walking out on Utah Beach and seeing how beautiful it is today, it was hard to picture the horrors of what happened on that fateful day. We were very surprised that we were able to walk around at Pont du Hoc, even walking into former German bunkers. The cider tasting added a nice, welcome break from the somberness of the day and the cider/calvados were very good!. Our lunch was very good as well. My wife has some dietary restrictions and our guide, Violet, went out of her way to ensure that the restaurant was able to accommodate her, which we very much appreciated. Our last stop was the American Cemetery. This was a nice cap to the day, allowing us to reflect on the events that transpired here. It was amazing that there were so many people there, yet it was so still and quiet. Violet did a great job of providing us with some context for each of the sites. She was very attentive and took great care of us.
