This tour is very nice to get an overview of Paris. Very comfortable coach with your selected language headset. First take a city tour, then go by yourself!

I was not impressed at all with the city tour. The River Cruise and Eiffel Tower portion were nice, though. The city tour was terrible. The bus was hot, the guides were not helpful, and it was seemingly disorganized. The recording spoke about things that were no where near where we were. You could not get a good feel of the city at all.

My daughter and I just came back from our trip to Paris. I felt like the tour was very unorganized. First Viator doesn't tell you where to take the voucher that you print at home in exchange for the tickets to get onto the bus. Then it was mass confusion about what bus to take. There are so many different buses arriving that your not sure which one is your tour bus. Our scheduled time was 300, but did not catch a bus until almost 330 seeing that they were all full and it's first come first serve. Your better off taking the hop on hop off bus. I would not recommend this tour.

The tour was okay, but couldn't really get good pictures from your camera. Didn't stop at all of the places along the map of tourist sites.

The bus was dirty so the pictures from the window were low quality. The boat was nice, and the trip to the Eiffel Tower was great.

Every aspect of the tour was wonderful, except that the guide who took us from the Seine River to the Eiffel Tower did not let us know what to do after the tower tour, and we got left behind. That was poor on her part, but everything else was great.

Everything went well until we went to the Eiffel Tower. We were supposed to go to the second floor, and our guide took us to the first floor and then told us that the offices were closed and that we would have to climb the stairs to go to the second floor. This was quite disappointing, as we had counted on the experience of going to the second floor. We have never in our life experienced such rude behavior from a tour operator. What I can't understand is why she took us to the first floor and not to the second floor! Otherwise, everything else was great.

The tour ran one way to the site, and we were not even instructions on how to get back to the point of departure.

The guide did not take the group to the boat ride. The guide did not remain with the group until our place was secure at the Eiffel Tower. However, it was great to be placed in the waiting line prior to regular ticket sales.

We did this tour in April yet the bus was completely full. We were stuck downstairs and couldn't see much also at least half of the earphone plugs didn't work people were trying to share but it was quite frustrating.
