I liked that it was private. Driver was right there waiting for us in the airport. We were only two people but the van could of fit seven. Not absolutely necessary to book because there is a line of taxi as soon as you walk out of the airport. Charles de Gaulle was very easy getting out of.

My flight was late arriving into Paris but the driver was there waiting patiently and made arriving at my accommodation seamless.

Excellent idea! After travelling for many hours the idea of hailing multiple cabs for our group was not appealing. Our driver was at the airport waiting for us with a name sign. He quickly led us to the van and drove us quickly to our hotel. Along the way he provided valuable information about the area and the city. This choice greatly reduced our stress level.

The driver was waiting for us when we got off the plane, which was great. The van was new and clean and he took us to our hotel promptly. Great service.

There was a lot of traffic and it was nice to not have to drive in it. It took about an hour to get to our hotel. I can't imagine what that would have cost by taxi, if we could have gotten one with 5 adults and all that luggage.

Booking of the return journey was no problem. Phone operator spoke very good English and again was expecting our call. Driver again got delayed in traffic so was late in picking us up but still made it to CDG in plenty of time.

Driver was there at appointed time but would never do this again for that high price. Had a nice van back to the airport for one third of this cost.

Definitely useful if you just want to land and get to the hotel with no fuss as the driver was waiting for us at the arrivals lounge. Didn't get any useful info out of the driver who rarely spoke though. Were expecting useful tourist-like information.

Filthy vehicle. Driver didn't speak a word of English to us and couldn't even answer the basic question about where he parked his vehicle. He was at the wrong terminal initially and had to lead us to the parking lot to save time. Worst airport pick up experience ever.

I called from Frankfurt to let them know we would be delayed and they weren't at the airport when we arrived and we waited over 45 minutes for them and then our driver didn't know where our hotel was located in Paris - not a good start.
