Driver was on time and helped us with the bags. We had to make a change in time of our departure and it was very easy to make. I booked private arrival and departure transfers. I think it is more important to book a private departure transfer and get a taxi for the arrival transfer. Taxi cabs are very easy to find at the airport.

I needed a reliable pick up transfer to the airport as I was flying to London to then connect with a long haul international flight. The pick up service also had to collect me at 4am for me to meet my flight. The driver was on time and got me to the airport promptly.

Only concern was I was told to call when we were ready to be picked up. It took a while to get through. Once we did, we were told the person was waiting for us at the gate.

Our return shuttle to CDG from our hotel was punctual, the driver was smartly dressed, pleasant, and apologised for the volume of traffic I think due to an accident. What a pity that we didn't have the same felling at the start of our holiday!

Directions were accurate. The gentleman on the phone spoke excellent English and knew to expect us. The driver was a little late but no problem due to the traffic. Van was large enough to accommodate our group of three and our son's wheelchair that did not have to be collapsed. Driver spoke very good English, though not very chatty.

Once again late, we were in hotel lobby waiting when the driver was supposed to be there to pick us up. He called and said he was running 12 minutes late. The staff at our hotel phoned the company and suggested we take a cab as not to be late. Then the company informed her it was a prepaid ride and we would not be refunded if we changed our plans.

The driver was on time, the car was ok, he helped with the bags but boy did he smell. What we doctors call bromhidrosis! My wife had to roll down the windows to let the fresh air in.

Driver was 20 minutes late picking us up from the hotel and was generally grumpy! But apart from that it was fine.

The driver never showed up and we ended up taking cabs to the airport after waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes. When I called the company they told me that the driver had car trouble. While I understand car trouble is unpredictable, I do NOT understand the driver not calling the hotel to inform them that I would not be picked up. That is how a professional would handle their business! The cabs I needed 2 of them to get my party of 8 to the airport were roughly the same price I paid for the departure transfer, thankfully.
