We almost did not book due to the tour being a little expensive. The guide did a fantastic job with the Segway training, the history of the city during our tour, and the Segways were great to ride around on. This is highly recommended, especially during your first day or two in Paris. It gave us a better insight to some attractions to see later on, and answered some history questions we had regarding a few of the stops we made along the way. The Segways are easy to drive, and an experience we will not soon forget.

The tour was excellent and our guide was very knowledgeable. It was great fun weaving and whizzing past pedestrians as we traveled to our next exciting destination! Learning to use the segway is a breeze.

You HAVE to do this tour! It combined all the best parts of a Paris walking tour without the walking! The Segways are easy to learn and so much fun to ride. People do turn and watch as you navigate the streets and bridges of Paris. Some people even took our pictures! Our guide was a U.S. native who has been living in Paris for a few years. His English was clear, and his knowledge of Paris history was outstanding. He took extreme care in making sure everyone was comfortable on the Segways before heading out, and then continued to keep track of everyone while crossing the streets and navigating crowds. We stopped often for pictures and mini-history lessons. He was most agreeable to taking pictures of us with our cameras. If you're worried about falling off the Segway, it doesnt happen a lot. That being said, I fell off once, but it was my own fault. I was leaning to reach for something and at the same time, I lifted one foot off the machine, unbalancing it. Our guide was right there to help and it really was more embarrassing than anything else! The only downside to the entire tour was right at the beginning. We met our guides at the base of the Eiffel Tower, and then we followed them on foot to their office where the Segways were stored and all the paperwork was completed. Their office is about 6 blocks from the Eiffel Tower and if we had known, it would have been closer to walk from our hotel to their office than to the Eiffel Tower and back. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime tour. This is very highly recommended. Bring your camera!

It was one of the highlights of our trip. My 13 year old daughter LOVED it and I had a blast. We would take a Segway tour in every city we ever visit if we could! Wonderful!

We had the best time doing this that I have ever had. I am a 50 year old, unfit, overweight woman, and I had no trouble mastering the Segway with the expert tuition given by the guides. We travelled from the Eiffel Tower to the Louvre and all places in between on our tour that lasted about 4 hours. If you get the chance, anywhere in the world, ride a Segway! On the down side, I had an issue with changing dates. I was unable to contact anyone at Viator, even after emailing three times -- no reply. Still no reply after 8 weeks. It took over 3 days to finally get hold of someone in the office in US. She said sorry I can't help because it's now less than 48 hours before tour. This was not my fault! Contact access was really poor, and there's a very unhelpful office staff!

It was hard to part with the Segway after the tour. The actual tour itself was okay, but the Segway elevated the whole experience to an unforgettable, fun afternoon in Paris. It is important to note, however, that the flow of the tour is dependent on everyone being comfortable with the operation of the Segway. There was one person in our group that made everyone else wait for her on many occasions and cut the scope of the tour due to time.

This is probably my favorite thing I did in Paris. They are so easy, I was comfortable right away. It was so much fun -- I want to do these in every city I travel to!!! Our guide was a history teacher and was awesome, and told us all about the sites we visited.
