We had a great time. Unfortunately we got stuck in horrendous afternoon traffic during the city tour, but the bus was comfortable. We were surprised that the tour guide left us at the Eiffel Tower, we thought we would have had her for longer, but it meant free time on the tower and we could get to the cruise when we felt like it. A tour worth doing.

Overall well managed though the instructions at the beginning could have been clearer. I would recommend this for anyone who has a few hours to spend in Paris. Get the Paris Metro Map and you can see everything else in Paris.

We only had 36 hours in Paris, so this was a great way to see a lot in a short span. Since it was our first activity in town it helped us to get our bearings and prioritize our activities planned for the next day. Good value.

Coach tour was great and not too long (about 1.5 hours) - a great introduction for those who have never visited Paris before. A separate audio was provided for the children which we thought was an excellent idea.
We were able to go straight to the front of the queue for the Eiffel Tower and enjoy the wonderful views of Paris from the 2nd level.
We decided to come back later on the same day to take the river cruise along the Seine and see Paris at night - again a great audio was provided.
We felt the tour was great value for money and was suited to those people on a first time trip to Paris.

This tour gave an overview of all the places available to visit enabling us to decide where we'd like to concentrate spending the time available to us in Paris. The beginning of the tour was very disorganized, we were instructed to wait for bus #2, however where to wait was not clearly marked; when we finally found were we were supposed to be, they moved #2 to a different location. The tour office was very crowded with no sitting available. We did not appreciate being abandoned with no transportation back to the Cityrama office. Enjoyed the tour, but not overly impressed with the services provided by Cityrama as a company, staff were courteous however!

I am glad that we found this site at the very last minute, everything was perfect, pricing and value for money, timing was great and not long to wait at Eiffel Tower to go up. Would definitely be using this site again to book trips through.

Highly recommend this tour, saw so much. Skipping the queue at the Eiffel Tour alone was worth it! Boat tour is excellent my best pictures were taken from the boat as you see things from a completely different perspective. I would definitely do this tour again.

was a great experience, nice to not have to line up for anything. was a sunny day so made it that much better. just be careful to check if there will be any complications with the eiffel tour before going, if you are really looking to go up.

Great tour for the value. We we able to get up right up to the top of the Eiffel Tower by passing the lines. Where to my surprise, my boyfriend proposed! Couldn't have been possible without the ease of this tour. Thank you for an amazing experience ill never forget!
