Great bus ride, only disappointment was that due to a strike we could not get close to Notre Dame.

The Eiffel Tower part of the tour was fantastic. Again, not having to stand in lines for the tickets was fabulous. The river cruise and land tour was OK.

It was great. We got to skip the long lines at the Eiffel Tower. The people at the Viator office in Paris were great. We couldn't get to Paris on time for our tour to the beaches of Normandy, and they at the last minute switched us to a different tour so we wouldn't lose our money. It was great, they are good to work with.

This was the perfect intro to Paris. The tour was interesting, and not too much information that you felt overloaded. The river cruise was a dream. Just be aware of pickpockets.

The tour was really good. The bus arrived promptly, so there was no waiting around. The bus was clean and neat, and the staff were friendly and welcoming and were able to speak English, Spanish, French and German! The tour itself was great. The weather was beautiful for the best part of the day. We saw all the great sights and had commentary to go with it. We didn't have to queue at the Eiffel Tower, which was fantastic. We just went straight through security and hopped onto the lift. The views from the top were amazing. Well worth the money. The river cruise was good depending on where you were seated. The views weren't as great as when we were on the tour or in the Eiffel Tower, but it was nice just to go on a cruise along the river. For what we paid, the trip was well worth it. The Viator office was simple to find.

Well worth it - the bus tour gave us a sense of the city with appropriate language information. The escorted trip to the Eiffel Tower saved tons of time, and you can do the boat ride when you choose - we did it after finding a place for lunch first, and thoroughly enjoyed our day. Everything worked on time and was a great introduction to the city of Paris.
