The tour was terrific. The sights and tour guide excellent! Had trouble finding the office that tour bus left from. Need more directions if walking.

The city tour was awesome; it covered all the major sights in the city. And I really loved the Seine cruise; it was fabulous, with good views and commentaries, and worth all the money you pay. The fact that we didn't need to queue at the Eiffel Tower was great; I enjoyed it.

The coach was nice. I'm not crazy about the headphones with recorded guides in lots of languages, but I understand that a tour company has to make money with the largest possible audience. The tour is a good value for the money.

Everything was as expected. A quick bus tour, the waiting in Eiffel Tower didn't happen. Actually there was no waiting and we entered using a preference line. And the boat tour was great also without lines.

It certainly helped us to get our bearings and made sure we saw all the things a tourist is supposed to see in Paris. It was most worthwhile for the Eiffel Tower experience, we did not have to wait in the incredibly long lines to get up the tower, instead we were taken to a separate entrance and just walked in. Well worth the money.

The queue at the Eiffel Tower was over an hour long and very tiring. It meant that we had to cancel other plans for the afternoon. The Seine River cruise was great as was the city tour. The latter was spoilt by the lack of visibility through the coach as the buildings are high and the streets narrow.

We all enjoyed this tour. It was a good overview of Paris. It was only spoilt by a bit of rain, but it was good not to have to queue for the Eiffel Tower. It was very hard to find the tour operator on the map.

We really enjoyed everything about this tour except for one problem. The bus tour was very informative and well worth doing especially if you have young kids. The Seine cruise was even better, with a great commentary in various languages. Unfortunately, the Eiffel Tower was not so well organized. We were dropped off from the boat and told to return at a given time. We went off for lunch and never saw the guide again. We phoned the tour office, and they informed me that the guide had turned his phone off. We went to the tower on our own and found our tour party, minus guide! They all had tickets, but we did not. After another call to the tour office, the staff at the tower allowed us to BUY more tickets without waiting in the long queue. Obviously, had all gone well it would have been very much worth doing, as the queue for the tower is long and as a tour group you do not wait in it. Most importantly, you get to see a lot in one day. All in all, I would do it again.

We still had to wait in line at the tower for about 1 hour but it was worth it. The cruise was nice. Unfortunately the bus broke down so we had to forego the Paris Vision tour. Viator did issue us a refund.

Very touristic, but a great way to get an initial introduction to Paris.

The bus part of the tour should be longer, otherwise worth doing.
