This tour provided an ideal overview of Paris for our teenage niece. Just enough information and not too much time spent travelling. The combination of coach, boat and the Eiffel Tower made a good day out.

This tour is very nice to get an overview of Paris. Very comfortable coach with your selected language headset. First take a city tour, then go by yourself!

We hopped on a bus and all comments details were pre-recorded. Hence the audio did not correspond with the sights we were viewing. It would have been nice if the bus had stopped in front of tourist sights, even for 10 seconds instead of doing a drive by. It would have allowed us to take a quick photo. Entry to the Eiffel Tower was easy and quick. It was a pity that we did not have a guide at the Eiffel Tower or on the seine river cruise to explain the sights we were viewing.

I really enjoyed the tour but thought we would stop to take photos at some of the sites. We were really disappointed. But being able to skip the queue at the Eiffel Tower was fabulous.

City tour poor...headset not working on 2 out of the 4 seats. We were basically just dumped at the Eiffel Tower to get on with that tour. For the river cruise, we were pointed in general direction of where to get the boat while waiting to get tickets for Eiffel Tower. All in all, very disappointing.

The city tour was OK, but you would be better off taking the open-top buses, since they are more flexible. The Seine cruise was nice, but again, you can get this one on your own, so I would not recommend it much. The Eiffel Tower part was the real deal, since you skip the ticket lines; you save a lot of time. The Eiffel Tower ticket is the only part I really recommend.
Regarding the service provided by the tour company: We arrived 3 minutes late and the bus had already left. They told us that we could take the city tour and the Seine cruise the next day, but if we wanted the Eiffel Tower pass, we must go by our own means to the site and wait for the guide. We got to the Eiffel Tower, found the guide and went up. It was great.
The next day we arrived early and waited and, guess what, we departed 10 minutes late. So we were really mad; how come the day before they couldn't wait 3 minutes?
As I don't know French I couldn't understand what they were speaking, though they were speaking English as well but difficult to hear and understand during my tour. We were just lost, I couldn't find my guide anywhere to tell us where to go. I have taken a tour thinking that as I am new to the place so the guide will help me as they normally do. In the end we couldn't find the bus as well. Not at all a good experience!

I was not impressed at all with the city tour. The River Cruise and Eiffel Tower portion were nice, though. The city tour was terrible. The bus was hot, the guides were not helpful, and it was seemingly disorganized. The recording spoke about things that were no where near where we were. You could not get a good feel of the city at all.

My daughter and I just came back from our trip to Paris. I felt like the tour was very unorganized. First Viator doesn't tell you where to take the voucher that you print at home in exchange for the tickets to get onto the bus. Then it was mass confusion about what bus to take. There are so many different buses arriving that your not sure which one is your tour bus. Our scheduled time was 300, but did not catch a bus until almost 330 seeing that they were all full and it's first come first serve. Your better off taking the hop on hop off bus. I would not recommend this tour.
