The bus tour audio was very, very brief and lacked details. However, the tickets to get up the Eiffel Tower and avoiding the long lines made it bearable.

Was not told that we had to exchange printout for voucher at Paris Vision. The wait was too long and not very efficient. There could have been more detailed commentary as it was not informative enough. The coach was nice, but we were not able to get good views as there were no stops. Good as intro to Paris, but not very personal guide at the Eiffel Tower.

As we were riding in the bus, there could have been much more information given on the sites that we passed. There was a lot of dead time on the recorded track. The tour could have been much more informative than it was!

It just so happened that it rained the morning of this tour so it was nice being on a bus, however, there were limited views while on the bus. Depending on what side you sat on you had to twist to see things. The tour was worth doing to be able to skip the line at the Eiffel Tower in the end.

Coach comfortable but absolutely packed. Commentary felt a bit sparse with large gaps, would have liked a bit more history as we went around. Would have loved to be able to book a "non tower" ticket as I can't do heights but wanted to be with the rest of our party for the coach tour - maybe this could be an option to think about as it cost me a lot NOT to go up the Eiffel Tower! Generally a good tour but expensive.

Sound system on the bus was a real problem. Had to change seats several times to get a hook up that worked. Handout maps would be helpful for first time visitors who don't already know the layout of the city.

Audio portion of trip was scratchy & very difficult to understand. There were a lot of sights that were not pointed out during the trip.

It was a bit boring being on a bus the whole time. The tour guide did not know answers to certain questions. Since the pope was in town that day, we had to by pass Notre Dame which should have been compensated some how or we should have been told that we would miss certain area on our tour. It would have been nice to get off the bus a bit to take photos. Also, the workers at the Eiffel Tower did not give us priority over people waiting in line with tickets. We waited our turn as well, which was not supposed to happen. They were rude and arrogant.

This was our 2nd tour and only for the fact we had booked online, we would not have done another tour. There was just as much confusion as the previous tour.

We felt that the coach tour was good, but we could not see all the things being pointed out by the on board commentary. Our family was also split up due to headphone sockets not working. Overall, it was worth taking the tour just to get up the Eiffel Tower and enjoy the wonderful views.

It wasn't a value for money tour. The trip only lasted two hours instead of two and a half.

Arrived at the Eiffel Tower at 1pm. We still had to wait for at least an additional 1 hour in the cold. Tour guide apparently had reservation for us to get in at 3pm.

Hard to see some sights out of the bus, but if you want to see Paris in a very short time and get to skip the lines at the Eiffel Tower, this is the perfect tour for you.

The guide at the Eiffel Tower had "no clue"... he made us wait in line more than 1 hour while he corrected some problems he had with the tickets to enter. We complained at the office and they gave us free Orsay Museum tickets... the manager was willing to make it up, but unfortunately, we were leaving in a day or so.

When you book with Viator you should never have to wait in line, and we have followed up with the management at the Eiffel Tower to make sure this sort of mix-up never happens again. I was very disappointed not to have been taken back into Paris after the visit to the Eiffel Tower.
