We truly enjoyed this wonderful experience. Combining a land tour with a Seine River cruise was awesome.

The tour guide was exceptional. He was knowledgeable about the history of Paris and took his time explaining the route of the tour. This tour is definitely worth the money and time.

We went on this tour 1 week after the original booking date because the 1st time round, the tour operator's driver said we had arrived late at the hotel desk and that he had waited 10 minutes and then left. We later experienced firsthand a driver that went into the hotel lobby, asked the concierge if the guests were there and then immediately left. If the voucher says to be ready 15 minutes before scheduled pickup, you must make sure to be at the pickup spot 15 minutes early! Or else! The guide/driver was friendly and knowledgeable. The size of the 8-passenger minivan made it possible to zip around the sights and get a very close look at the wonders of Paris. After a very enjoyable city tour, the driver dropped us at the boat quay near the Eiffel Tower and gave us our tickets for the Seine River cruise on a big boat with multilingual audio guides attached to each seat. The boat makes a round trip back to the Eiffel Tower, so to cap off our sightseeing morning, we booked lunch at the Eiffel Tower and were able to stroll over from the boat quay. A wonderful day in Paris.

Definitely this gave us a nice glimpse of Paris. The only complaint: more detail and / or history of what you are seeing would be helpful.

We weren't given much information by the driver about the places we were driving past, and were not given much opportunity for photo shoots. The cruise was great!

There were 7 people taking the tour. 5 spoke Spanish and as a result more than two thirds of the tour was in Spanish. My companion and I had to ask several times to tell us what was just said and to translate into English.

Tour guide was very uncoordinated. We were starving once we got to the Eiffel Tower. The food was great, the other guests were great. It was a bit of a let down that it was so unorganised.

For the city tour we had lousy seats in the back of the lower deck so we could see only about half of the tour. The River Seine Cruise was lovely.

Took too long before the tour started - had to drive an hour to pick up other passengers.

The tour guide at the end of the bus portion of the tour was very unhelpful and rude. She was totally focused on those going to the Eiffel Tower and told me and several others to be quiet when we asked where we should go to board the boat for the river cruise portion of the tour. Time was of the essence in catching the boat, and she did not appear to be at all concerned. There were definitely too many different tours riding the same bus. When we all got off at the Eiffel Tower, it was almost chaotic. As for the bus tour and the river cruise themselves, they were very enjoyable.
