There were 7 people taking the tour. 5 spoke Spanish and as a result more than two thirds of the tour was in Spanish. My companion and I had to ask several times to tell us what was just said and to translate into English.

Tour guide was very uncoordinated. We were starving once we got to the Eiffel Tower. The food was great, the other guests were great. It was a bit of a let down that it was so unorganised.

For the city tour we had lousy seats in the back of the lower deck so we could see only about half of the tour. The River Seine Cruise was lovely.

Took too long before the tour started - had to drive an hour to pick up other passengers.

The tour guide at the end of the bus portion of the tour was very unhelpful and rude. She was totally focused on those going to the Eiffel Tower and told me and several others to be quiet when we asked where we should go to board the boat for the river cruise portion of the tour. Time was of the essence in catching the boat, and she did not appear to be at all concerned. There were definitely too many different tours riding the same bus. When we all got off at the Eiffel Tower, it was almost chaotic. As for the bus tour and the river cruise themselves, they were very enjoyable.

There were no stops on the bus tour, and I thought there was going to be at least one stop by the Eiffel Tower. The bus tour wasn't bad, and the boat cruise was OK.

Weather dampened our experience.

The major landmarks were very hard to see, despite being on a double-decker bus. I would rather have had an open-top bus. We also didn't get out to see any sites, which was very disappointing. The river cruise was okay, but there really wasn't much to see from the Seine that I wouldn't have been able to see from the streets.

The bus broke down and it took over an hour for them to figure out what to do with us. In order to get a partial refund they told us that we would have to wait until the very end of the tour and go back to the main office to request a refund. We were on a tight schedule because we were leaving on the TGV for another city and we could not go back to the office to receive our refund. Very disappointed.
