It was marketed as a walking tour of Montmartre, but there was no walking tour. The driver let us out for 20 minutes and that was it. The minivan tour of Paris drove by sites but did not allow us to get out for picture taking, etc.

The need to phone a Paris number to reconfirm was not mentioned until AFTER I booked the tour. Since we were arriving the day before the tour I was not able to confirm 24 hours in advance without phoning Paris from home. I was not able to connect to Paris so I notified Viator. The tour was in Spanish and English. The walking tour of Montmarte was on our own. The guide stayed in the van.
