The lunch was okay, and we had to walk to the next level in order to pay to get to the top level. Skipping the line was a definite plus.

We brought my 85 yr. old mother-in-law with us. As it was her first visit to Paris, we tried to minimize any difficulties, too much walking, standing in line etc. All went pretty well except for the lunch in the Eiffel Tower. It was like airplane food or worse! It was great that we didn't have to wait in line for the elevator, though, and the scenery from the restaurant was spectacular. The bus tour was comprehensive, and comfortable. For my mother-in-law, the best part was the cruise on the Seine. The weather was beautiful, lovely scenery and commentator quite good - also nice music.

The coach tour, Seine cruise, and trip up the Eiffel tower were all wonderful. Unfortunately we were in Paris whilst the restaurant on the 1st stage of the tower was closed, so we had lunch at the Cafe Seine. It was clean and the service was good, and the location excellent; however, the food was disappointing - perhaps we expect too much when in Paris!

The tour was great. However, the lunch left a lot to be desired. The service was good, but the food was very bad!!

A very pleasant day. Trip set off on time, and loved the coach with the personal headphones for commentary. Guide who took us to first stage of Eiffel Tower was charming and helpful. Lunch was very nice, and staff were extremely pleasant and kind. We took the opportunity to go to the top, worth doing but very crowded - it was half term holiday weekend! Trip on Seine taken at own leisure - you have two years to use the voucher! We went at dusk and so saw everything in light and lit up for dark. Again commentary very interesting and clear. Good value for money and an enjoyable introduction to Paris.

The cruise was exceptionally good. We enjoyed the lunch at the Eiffel Tower, and the bus tour gave us a very good overview of the city.

Not one sign or mention of Viator at the pickup point, and the office was not as described in the original literature, but we still found it.

The Paris City Tour with Seine River Cruise and Eiffel Tower Lunch was extremely worthwhile as it allowed us to see the city first to help determine what areas attractions we wanted to focus on in our short trip and gave the added benefit of access to the Eiffel Tower for lunch, which is almost impossible if trying to book when you get there!!

A great way to see the more famous sights, especially when time is of essence. A convenient way to enter the Eiffel Tower and not queue for hours.

Be early if you are with young children and want to sit together on the coach; we witnessed a young family desperately trying to find 4 seats near each other. Well organised, and the narration was excellent and in 9 languages. Lunch at the Eiffel Tower was really quite good. You are free to go to stage 2 with your ticket, but if you wish to go to the top you need to buy a further ticket. The boat trip you do as and when you feel like it, so you can take as long as you like looking at the Eiffel Tower. The boat trip was probably the best bit, although the commentary was very cheesy and corny. It made me laugh out loud in some places. If you've not been to Paris before, this is a really good way to get a good flavour of it.

Good tour of the main attractions of Paris. Some queuing at the Eiffel Tower. Dinner a bit disappointing; it was a set menu, not substantial. The Seine cruise was nice and was an open-ended ticket.

Attentive local tour guide. Lunch better than expected.

This is worth doing, but the cruise was a waste of time unless, of course, being mooned from the banks of the Seine is your thing!

As we were short on time in Paris it was an ideal way to get an overview of the city. Lunch at the Eiffel Tower was something we would not have done on our own.
