Climb the Eiffel Tower and admire unforgettable sweeping views of Paris from the second floor. Take advantage of amazing photo opportunities and enjoy a once-in-a-life-time lunch at the on-site restaurant (not included) while admiring at one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Or, you can choose to grab a quick bite from a street vendor or café when you come down.
How you spend the rest of your afternoon in Paris is up to you! Choose from one of two tours -- either a trip to the Palace of Versailles or a Seine River cruise and wine-tasting session near Notre Dame Cathedral -- and then return to London by Eurostar train.
Leave central Paris by minibus and enjoy an audio tour of the Palace of Versailles. See lavish rooms like the Royal Apartments and the Hall of Mirrors, learning about their rich history, and then finish by exploring Versailles Gardens at leisure. Admire ornate fountains and grandiose statues peppered around the neatly manicured paths, and then return to Paris in time for your train.
Seine River Cruise and Wine Tasting:
Hop aboard a sightseeing boat and cruise down the Seine River on a 1-hour tour, seeing the sights of the Seine's UNESCO-listed riverbanks as you cruise to Notre Dame Cathedral. Step back on dry land and enjoy a wine-tasting experience in an atmospheric 17th-century wine cellar. Sample several different French wines, and learn about the regions they come from and their characteristic from your guide.
Your guide will then take you back to the Gare du Nord station in Paris for your return train journey to London in the evening.
