We enjoyed service provided by this company. The buses came frequently and there were enough routes to get us to the areas of the city we wanted to see. We used the river cruises for transportation as well as sight seeing. The cruise boats complimented the bus service very well.
Excellent way to see the city, great tour, great stops clearly marked which is not always the case on these tours!
Very good value, lots of accessible points to board, I would recommend.
Great way to see Paris. L'Open Tour has four different bus lines so you can really see most of the city. Buses made frequent stops at all attractions and we got to see everything we wanted to see in Paris.
Very good experience. Nice buses with access to four routes and plenty of stops, including a river cruise. Well worth the money.
This is really the only way to see ALL of paris easily and inexpensively. We got the bus and boar pass which was great. We got to see Paris by night from the Seine. The stops were well marked and really easy to follow on the map which covers all 4 routes. Good value would highly recommend
Best way to see any new city. We did the 3 day and enjoyed it, even in the bitter cold. River Cruise was a bit of a bust as basically you are seeing everything you have seen on land, but from a boat. I'd probably skip it next time.

I loved it. The information provided about each attraction was outstanding. I rode on the top and was able to see the city up close. It was easy on and easy off. I would highly recommend this.
The Hop On Hop Off tour was great for Paris as it was a long way round to see everything and the best way to see so much. The audio guides were very interesting and informative. The river cruise was very popular and it was a great way to see things from a different vantage point. Would recommend this company to other people and would use them again on another trip.
no complaints. love the many route choices. river cruise was better than London. recordings were very informative and well timed. very little waiting.

As usual this type of sight seeing bus is great when your only on town for a few days. unfortunately the weather was freezing so we really had to rug up to sit outside, however it is a necessity to get the best photo
great tour and great routes, takes a long time due to a traffic jams
The only way to see what you want to see in Paris. Both the boat and the bus trips were worth the money.
The best way to see much of Paris and the main sights. Fantastic.
Terrific start to my stay in Paris! I have never visited before, so the 2day pass that I purchased gave me time to get my bearings around the city and give me an overview of the attractions that I chose to visit later. I loved that there are 4 separate but intersecting routes covering different areas. A couple of times in the afternoon I found that the buses were extremely crowded, however as they were so frequent it was no trouble to wait for the next one. Be warned, this is not a fast way to get around, traffic in Paris is insane! A great chance for some people watching though, with some very informative commentary between stops.
The hop on-off bus was great! I'd do it again in a heart beat. We could have done without the boat cruise as it is a covered boat, it was hot and crowded. My girls 4 and 5 loved the bus more than the boat.
Perfect for getting around as long as your not in a hurry
The big red bus is the best way to see Paris- great commentary, many many stops to choose from. Would leave out the cruise part because it is not hop on hop off- you have to go all the way to Eiffel Tower to get on and off and it doesn't stop anywhere else so takes a full hour.
