Service and organisation of the trip was perfect. Our only regret was the tour was not longer!! It did not take in some of the areas which we had hoped, we believe mainly due to the heavy traffic which is understandable but a little disappointing.

Disappointed with tour, driver didn't stop the bus at any of the points, so all night photos we're a bit blurry. Headset recording didn't give much information. Some places weren't even Illuminated light up. I think the daytime hop on hop off would be a much better option. A shame as this was my favorite city in Europe!

There was a taped commentary for the tour, which made it boring. I would have liked to have had a live guide. There were gaps in the tape where no information was provided. When we got to the tower, the driver did not stop long enough to really get a good picture.

They need a bigger waiting room. Standing on a sidewalk with no chairs makes it hard for old people to wait for a bus in freezing weather. The audio on bus was not very detailed.

Good value if you are in Paris for a very short time and cannot get around at nighttime easily. Not easy to take photos from inside the bus, and commentary is intermittent. But the views are definitely fantastic.

The places visited are OK; the problem is, as we do not step out of the bus, it could at least spend more time in each place in order for us to take our pictures from inside easily. It was a very short visit!

First of all the tour was late, then they stopped half way through to bring other people on a boat tour. They expected us to wait around for an hour and a half until they returned. I don't know if you've been to Paris in November, it's damn cold, so we had to make our own way back. Very disappointing as it happened on our first night!

This tour was not good. The lights aren't that good from the bus - perhaps we should have done the river cruise instead. We saw everything that we had seen during the day! Bit boring.
