The driver had to pick up a couple from a river cruise and made us sit in the van while we waited thirty minutes for the other party to arrive. They told us the tour would be in English, but the other couple spoke Spanish. It was obvious the driver would much prefer to speak in Spanish, therefore we got very little information from the driver in English. We were very disappointed and felt ignored by the driver.
