The guide was very knowledgeable and presented information well. We learned a lot. This tour is definitely a must for understanding the area.

I'd been staying in the Latin Quarter for a couple of days prior to this tour and had expected to be simply shown the wonderful cobbled, winding streets, be introduced to the cafe culture, but not so, the tour guide took us to places I would never have found.

I thought our guide was friendly and personable, but we started out at the Parthenon and didn't go in. Same thing for Notre Dame. With limited time in Paris, it doesn't seem to make much sense to me to walk past all these monuments without even stepping inside briefly, especially somewhere like Notre Dame. I would note, however, that it was a pleasure dealing with the local operator.

Great itinerary, but the guide was not very good. My second tour with this company in a different area had a much better guide.
