The tour of Paris was great. I wish that Pigalle and the Moulin Rouge would have been included. The tour was very good. The cruise down the Seine River was magnificent. However lunch at the Eiffel Tower left a lot to be desired. I wish they had more choices on the menu! We had no choice, our meal had been pre-selected. I didnt like that. After lunch we had to find our own way back to the hotel. I didnt like that either. I thought they would have returned us to our departure location.

Need to drive by the Moulin Rouge on the day and night trip! It looks so different depending on when you visit.

The tour was great, we got to see all the major attractions for Paris, and had a great chance to eat at the Eiffel tower. A Must!!!!!

To start with it was quite chaotic to get the bus. The place seemed to be disorganised with lots of tourists. The bus tour was short with little information. The Seine tour was brilliant with lots to see. Food in Altitude 95 was brilliant. The service was awful though. The waitress was rude and seemed like they didn't care about the group. All in all you get your value for money but don't expect anything brilliant out of it.

The check in point was very, very long for me. They didn't seem to know what to do with my voucher that I'd printed out. In the end, everything was fine, but because of the long, long wait, I missed a good spot in line and hence the best views. The audio narration was good, but there were some technical difficulties. Photo ops from the bus were extremely limited but I'm glad I did it anyway. The boat ride was a welcome break rest during my trip. Lunch at the Eiffel Tower was great, too bad more people did not take advantage of this.

The two issues I had was that the audio narrative of Paris needs to be updated to reflect the new millennium. Secondly there was no meal choice at the Eiffel Tower lunch, salmon and salmon only.

The tour was not very organized. We were late to the cruise. I must admit that the morning tour does a very good job at showing you all the major landmarks. The menu at the Eiffel Tower restaurant was disappointing. Only one course was available for the group, and it was selected by the agency; it happened to be fish, and my wife and I are allergic to fish. The restaurant made such a big stink about this. Most restaurants we've gone to as a group usually let you pick from two or three different entrees. It is ridiculous how expensive this tour is and they don't even let you choose what to eat. Overall, I think it could've been better.

There was no information given as to where the tour ended, or in what order the 3 activities were. The guide who met us at the end of the bus tour could have been more helpful than saying 'the Metro is right up there, across the street.'

Be cautious of this tour. The tour guide left us on our own for lunch. We then had to navigate ourselves to the river tour and find our own way back to the original pick-up site. The guide suggested the public bus, taxis, or walk.

Bus trip would be better in double decker - more visibility, more commentary needed on on audio about Paris. Boat trip excellent. Meal at Eiffel Tower well cooked but factory line presentation.

The lunch experience at the Eiffel Tower was good, although due to large crowds, the process to get up the tower and get back down was very slow indeed. The river cruise was fine, it did give a different view of the Louvre and Notre Dame Cathedral than the fleeting glimpse from the bus. I would definitely like to have gotten off the bus to view sites like the Louvre and Notre Dame. It was difficult to take photos from inside a bus, and the ones we did take had the reflection of the bus windows, so this was disappointing.

I was booked on the morning tour, but sent a confirmation that I was on the afternoon tour. Of course, we missed the morning tour. After an hour of hassling, we were put on the afternoon tour at the last moment. The bus tour lacked luster, lunch was nice, but our tour guide did not know how to get our group in the proper queue and had us walk to several different lines before he got it right.

The Paris location provided was incorrect, the location didn't indicate a change of venue. The guide at the Eiffel Tower was not clear with instructions and thus the tour took longer. Printed instructions as where to go and at what time could greatly enhance the overall comfort level of being in a foreign city for the first time.

The tour was great, but the lunch was very poor in every way.
