The Paris location provided was incorrect, the location didn't indicate a change of venue. The guide at the Eiffel Tower was not clear with instructions and thus the tour took longer. Printed instructions as where to go and at what time could greatly enhance the overall comfort level of being in a foreign city for the first time.

The tour was great, but the lunch was very poor in every way.

The views from the bus were very limited, and our escorts offered little insight. The tour operator was not very well organized. I could have done a lot better on my own at a significantly lower cost.

The bus tour was too quick, and not enough explanation was given. The river ride was nice. Lunch at the Eiffel Tower was great, especially with no waiting in line.

The trip was hurried!

Overall the tour seemed rushed and then we were just dropped off at the Eiffel Tower and the guide pointed to where the cruise was when we wanted to leave the tower. The tour ended there.

Bus air conditioning was not working. Totally unbearable when riding the bus. Cruise was good and lunch at the tower was great.

My wife and I had been to Paris before and had a successful tour trip with another tour company but decided after checking on the Trip Advisor this time to book with Viator. We had our 2 children with us ages 13 & 16. The trip started on time and seemed organised but soon everyone on the bus was very upset and angry as the driver couldn't or wouldn't put on the air conditioning. It was a very warm afternoon in Paris and this made the bus journey VERY uncomfortable and very cross. There certainly was no effort from either the driver or the guide to sort out the problem.
We were all very disappointed with the lunch in the Eiffel Tower as on our previous trip we were allowed to sit separately and not on a long table with a group of strangers. For the price this was not what we expected, we wanted to sit as a family facing out on the sites, not stuck at the back in a corner facing out to the middle of the tower. The food was very poor quality and choice for the price. The only redeeming factor was the trip on the Seine which we all enjoyed. Unfortunately I would not recommend this trip. The whole day was very poor value for money.
The bus trip was slow and drove you by some of the attractions but did not stop for you to get off and enjoy them. It stopped at the Eiffel tower and ended there. You could spend as much time on the tower as you liked, that was the good part. The boat tour was better than the bus tour. You saw the same sights as you did on the bus but the commentary was better on the boat. You can catch the boat without the bus and use the metro to get to each of the attractions. That would be better. This was a good tour if you wanted to drive by everything to see where it is and then go back later on your own. Lunch at the tower was good.

Although I had noted that I would have a small child with me, the restaurant was not able to accommodate her and at first. Our guide was not very attentive.
