Alberto Rigettini was our guide and he was wonderful. New his stuff and went out of his way to answer questions. We are experienced travelers and do not do many tours. This guy and this tour was terrific.

Loved this! The guide was truly one of a kind and fun to be around.
Alberto was the very best guide--so knowledgeable and personable, too. I would highly recommend him as a guide to anyone who wants to see Pere LaChaise. He knew the best way to enter the cemetery to make the entire tour a downhill venture, which was greatly appreciated by those of us who were already a little tired at the start. And he knew all kinds of details about every grave we visited. I don't know that the tour would have been as memorable with any other guide.
Loved this tour. We really enjoyed our guide and her stories about the people in the graveyard. It was very interesting and a nice change of pace from other tours.

The tour was very entertaining. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and had lots of intriguing stories to tell about the different people in the different graves. I highly recommend this tour.

We had a very informative and enjoyable tour of the cemetery. Our guide, Alberto, was very knowledgable and knew his way around the cemetery. We would never have been able to find all the famous gravestones he pointed out to us on our own. The cemetery is huge, hilly and on cobblestone roads so you really want to know how to navigate it. Well worth the money!

A well-conducted tour - one could take hours trying to find interesting grave sites here and still not locate them all. This tour was much more efficient and with the background for specific graves, much more interesting and enjoyable.

The tour guide was excellent providing very interesting and informative information. He was extremely knowledgable and provided history and unique details about each person. A great tour!! I learnt more in one afternoon than in a week at school!! Highly recommended.
Excellent and informative
Informative and fun. We enjoyed this break from the normal crowds and learning something new.
This was one of the highlights of my trip to Paris and Italy. The guide was fabulous and we entered the cemetery from the highest point so that we had a leisurely trip down through it. Guide was very knowledgeable and I loved the tour so much that I booked Viator on all my subsequent trips, some not so successful alas.
