The driver was great. We were waiting for him in the front of the hotel. He was on time and got us to Orly Airport with no problem during rush hour. He was also very pleasant. I highly recommend!

Driver waiting patiently even though we were delayed due to lost luggage. So glad I had someone get me where I was going after a long, tiring flight. Well worth the secure feeling knowing you don't have to figure out trains or buses etc , just leave the driving to them.

The driver was waiting for us with our name on it as promised and was very professional. he dropped us off very close to our apartment and gave us directions to help us find it easily. We will definitely use Viator again for this service as wwe have bee doing since 2004.

Excellent service with a female driver that actually spoke good English and hadn't stole the car like the rest of the taxi drivers in France seems to have done, and tries to get away as fast as they can.

The shuttle was waiting for us outside our hotel a few minutes early. The driver was professional and helpful. Overall a good experience. I would recommend this service.
