The attention to detail from the pickup point through the cruise and meal to the drop off back at our hotel was first class and everything I had hoped for, making it a very enjoyable experience. The trip was to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday and did not disappoint either of us.

The service was wonderful from the moment we stepped aboard the boat. We were escorted to our table and very soon after were served champagne to toast our voyage. The food, service, entertainment and tour were top notch. I would highly recommend this to anyone. We were in Paris for my daughters 18th birthday. She and I took this cruise to celebrate her birthday. It was thoroughly delightful. It is billed as romantic, and is for couples, but was fantastic for just the Mother/Daughter event we were celebrating.

Other than it not being made clear that the meeting point for the mini-bus to the boat if booked with Viator is the office around the corner from 1 Rue Algier, the evening was fantastic, excellent food, highly recommended. Being dropped back at the Hotel afterward is a nice touch, and was most welcome given our trip was in Feb.

This was the best experience of our whole trip! Better than I even expected! The driver dropping us off at the hotel instead of having to take the Metro back was fantastic! I recommend this cruise to everyone!

Fantastic. This is the second time I have been on the cruise and it was amazing once again. Service is great and food is good as well. However, call and confirm your reservations 24 hours before you do. They did not have me on the list but was gracious enough to let me go ahead.

Almost every time you take a vacation there is always something you would do different, change, or wish it could have been better. Not this time. Our cruise on the Seine with Bateaux Mouches was not only the highlight of our 30th anniversary trip, but was absolutely perfect in every way. We were treated like royalty, the food was fantastic, servers exceptional, atmosphere and ambiance beyond words. Don't hesitate to take this dinner cruise - you will not be disappointed!!

Very entertaining. Live music and singer through dinner. Bring your own camera to take photos. Photographer on board charges 20 euros apiece for photographs. Near the end of cruise, ship passes by Eiffel Tower about four times, at different angles, so everyone has a good vantage point. Eiffel Tower gives a light show at 11pm at end of cruise. A good idea to do informal Bateax Mouches cruise in afternoon, as well.

The whole night was fine except for our waitress who was reluctant to serve us. Maybe it was because we were American. Oh well, everything else was great, well organized, and on time like planned.
