Driver was waiting and assisted us to the bus and everything went very smoothly, which is what you need when one's mobility is limited.

The shuttle system worked out the best. Taxis are very expensive, and the metro system is very confusing and busy. I called the shuttle service upon arrival, and they instructed me to go to the terminal 8 exit, which was easy to find. Within a few minutes the van arrived and picked me up. There were a few more pickups, so the entire time ran around 1 hour to arrive at the hotel. I would definitely rebook this shuttle service.

Great shuttle service. My driver was waiting for me at the airport and told me about some of the sites on the way to my hotel. I would use this service again.

Arrived in Paris very tired and no cost phone call and ten minutes later a bus arrived at the required location pick us up a promtly and safely delivered us to our hotel. A wonderful service Viator and will definately use it again. Thank you very much.

This is efficient, timely, courteous and reasonably priced. If you require more, your pampering level is too high. I will always use Viator when in Paris.

I called the Paris shuttle after arriving at the airport. Pick up was prompt, but the driver got stuck in Paris traffic and it took two hours to get to our hotel after dropping off two other parties.

This service was excellent. We called upon and arrival and they told us where to go and even when we messed up and went to the wrong place, they still came and retrieved us. Definitely worth doing again.

This was my second trip to Paris. Last year I was there and used a travel agent, however I knew how to get around myself so I booked everything. I truly love Paris and would go back tomorrow if I could.

Without doubt the easiest possible. Courteous, prompt, though the man answering the phone number we had to call was French--characteristically abrupt. Very helpful driver gave us a running commentary on Paris along the way in. We'd do it again!
