In spite of our getting lost in the airport, he was very polite. He was patient when there was horrible traffic between the airport and Paris. We were staying at a small hotel, but he located it and didn't need to go round and round to get on the correct side of the street.

This was our first trip to Europe. The shuttle helped us overcome our fear of getting to our hotel easily. The driver was great, and the service was well organized in Paris.

Viator never disappoints. After a long flight to Paris, it was wonderful to only have a number to call; within minutes, the shuttle was there to whisk me to my hotel. Just a hassle-free experience.

Transportation strike in Paris prompted me to check out airport shuttle options, and I'm so glad that I did! The price was very good - much better than what a taxi would have cost and compared to the Metro and inconvenience of moving two pieces of luggage around, it was well worth the not substantial additional cost.
Most importantly, even though my flight arrived over two hours late, I was picked up within about 20 minutes of calling upon my arrival at the airport and taken directly to my hotel shared the van with only one other passenger. Highly recommend this service and wouldn't hesitate to use them next time!

Very convenient. We did not have to wait at all for the driver to arrive. We called upon our arrival and the shuttle was sent within minutes! After a long flight it was great not to have to worry about getting to the hotel.
