Very convenient. We did not have to wait at all for the driver to arrive. We called upon our arrival and the shuttle was sent within minutes! After a long flight it was great not to have to worry about getting to the hotel.

Top notch. I arrived with only carry-on to CDG and rang the toll free number. The woman spoke perfect English and told me to go to a specific door in the airport. I was waiting there for only a minute or two when the shuttle arrived. So relaxing to be dropped at your hotel door! I would definitely use them again.

The shuttle was actually waiting on ME -- I'm used to service being the other way around! On my return trip, the driver got the wrong hotel and called my hotel to let me know he would be five minutes late! That's service.
I also appreciated getting to the airport in plenty of time before my flight. Traveling internationally can be daunting, any mistakes costing time can lead to disaster. Thanks for your great service.
Shuttle was on time and fairly easy to find. Only negative was other couple in the shuttle was staying in 18th Arr and we were in the 6th so it was a long drive to get to our hotel since other couple got dropped off first.

It took away the headache of finding transport on arrival in Paris at night. We did get a little confused about the pick up point but this was soon resolved. The driver expertly guided us through the Paris traffic! In the city he pointed out all the important sights. Excellent!

It was nice to have a shuttle service to take us from the airport directly to our hotel, especially since we had never been to Paris before. However, there are very few public telephones in the airport, so it was difficult to locate one to call the central dispatch from. Also, it's difficult to understand which shuttles are for picking you up and which ones are dropping people off. I think our shuttle driver made an exception for us because we had been waiting a while and just happened to see a shuttle bus drive by us. We flagged it down and even though he was dropping people off, he still picked us up and took us to our hotel. It just seemed a little disorganized, but loads better than the other options we had such as a private taxi - super expensive, Air France bus - too large and no hotel drop off, or metro nearly impossible to do with our luggage.
