Driver was prompt in picking us up at the hotel and was very professional. The price was great, taking a cab or navigating the Metro with 4 pieces of luggage would have been a nightmare.

It would be a good idea to be informed, when you call the shuttle service on arrival, how long you have to wait before the shuttle arrive will pick you up.

we had a little trouble finding the pick up area but the rest of the experience was very good. Courteous driver got us there quickly and saved us from having to use public transport with our luggage.

I had to call 3 times for the pickup at CDG. The original problem was the directions on where to go for the pickup. Once they showed up the service was wonderful. The return to the airport was prompt and without any problems.

The receptionist was very clear with her instructions in a very confusing Charles De Gaulle airport and the driver found us quickly. Being dropped off right outside our hotel after a 24 hour flight was a big plus.
