We had to wait quite some time for the shuttle to arrive as he had to pick up other passengers first. Also these passengers were dropped off first and unnecessarily lengthened our trip to our Paris hotel.

We had to wait for about one half hour for the shuttle to pick us up, and then get another family at a different terminal, then it was a fun ride to the hotel, full of near-miss thrills in Paris traffic. For the return to the airport, we just took the RER B, which was close to our hotel, and saved. Had the RER not been close by, we would have used the shuttle again.

A friendly driver, and prompt service. We did have a slight problem at first in locating a phone to ring for the driver. We had been advised to ring for the driver before we collected our luggage, but there are no phones available at Charles de Gaulle until exiting the arrivals area. This was a little confusing. Nonetheless a good service.

Great prompt service. Even when I was delayed at CDG airport because my luggage was left behind in Frankfurt the shuttle company was very understanding. I rang them again when I had finally collected my luggage and they had a shuttle there within 15 minutes.

The wait for the pickup was not short, and the van had to make a stop at Terminal 3, which added considerably to the trip - not to mention the terrible traffic on the highway. The driver asked me where my hotel was. Does the shuttle operator not plan ahead?

I would recommend this shuttle, but the pickup location was not clearly indicated at all. Once we found the shuttle, however, it brought us straight to our hotel, and was well worth it.

There was a slight confusion when we arrived at the airport. We phoned the office as instructed and were told to go outside and the driver would be waiting. We could not find anybody, but later one of the company's drivers turned up. We approached him, and he did not know anything about us, but after a phone call he sorted everything out and took us with another group to our hotel. Apart from the hiccup at the airport, it would have been perfect.

The Paris shuttle was very efficient, and I would use this again.

This is a reliable service. Called them on arrival and was given clear directions on where to wait. Meanwhile, I found to my dismay that my luggage was misplaced. Called again and they adjusted the pick-up time to suit me. Did the return leg also.

We arrived at 2:15pm and had to wait until 3:30pm to be picked up. I called three times and was told each time it would be another 10 minutes. The driver was stuck in traffic, he should be there. We didn't arrive at our hotel until 4:30pm.

At first, it was difficult to find the van driver. The driver should have been there at the gate upon arrival.

It took over 30 minutes to have someone pick us up.

I had to wait what I thought was an extremely long time for the shuttle -- over an hour and a half. I was not told that the wait time would be that long when I called after I arrived and had to call again after I had waited over an hour.

The van was late. We were told on the phone it would be there in 10-15 minutes, but it was more like 1 hour, and we were crammed into a minivan. The driver was good though.
